Meet the New Owners Behind Holistic Mountain Market

Meet the new owners behind the fresh energy at Holistic Mountain Market—Nicole Kelley and Erin Gaglio, two women with deep Rabun County roots, big hearts for community, and a shared passion for wellness, healthy living, and supporting local families.

If you’ve stopped by HMM lately, you’ve probably already noticed the exciting changes happening. What was once known as the go-to spot for organic smoothies and supplements has grown into something even bigger: a warm, welcoming community space filled with healthy foods, bulk refills, apothecary herbs and spices, seasonal produce, local goods, and intentional products that make healthy living feel approachable and fun.

And honestly? Nicole and Erin are the perfect people to lead that vision.

Deep Rabun County Roots

The two grew up in Rabun, first meeting back in fourth grade at South Rabun Elementary. Years later, when the opportunity came along to purchase Holistic Mountain Market together, it felt like a natural fit. Their combined experience in restaurants, customer service, business, and wellness has helped breathe new life into the space while still keeping the heart of what locals have always loved about HMM.

Nicole Kelley

Nicole brings years of hospitality experience, including managing the original Fortify Pi for three years before stepping away to raise her children and grow her handmade soap business. Now, her soaps are part of the HMM experience too, with her shop beautifully incorporated right inside the market.

Erin Gaglio

Erin, a Rabun County native, has spent more than a decade in the restaurant industry and cares deeply about the health and well-being of her hometown community. Her husband, Paul, has also played a huge role behind the scenes—helping bring the expansion to life through renovations, equipment installs, and the build-out of the adjoining space.

A Fresh Chapter for Holistic Mountain Market

Together, Nicole and Erin are continuing to serve the organic smoothies everyone already loves while also offering quick, healthy lunch options perfect for downtown workers, busy parents, and families on the go. The expanded market now includes bulk refills, natural pantry staples, local produce, herbs and spices, supplements, and wellness products all under one roof.

But beyond the products, what really makes this new chapter exciting is the atmosphere they’re creating.

More Than a Store

Holistic Mountain Market is becoming more than a store—it’s becoming a gathering place. Nicole and Erin are beginning to host classes and events that bring creativity and community into the space. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a smoothie, shop for healthier options, run into a friend, and maybe even leave inspired to try something new.

In a fast-paced world, HMM feels intentional in the best way. It feels local, welcoming, and community-centered—and with Nicole and Erin at the helm, the future looks incredibly bright.
